Beat the heat: Refreshing coconut water popsicles
Coconut Water Popsicles With Fruit
Yield: 6 popsicles
1 cup chopped fresh fruit, such as berries, mango, or pineapple
1 1/2 cups coconut water
Special equipment: popsicle mold
Divide fresh fruit between 6 popsicle molds and pour in coconut water. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.To unmold the popsicles, run each mold under warm water for 5 seconds to help loosen the treats.
